And… I’m back!

Had a lovely lovely day in Stockholm. I walked… and walked… and walked. Rushed home, but not in time to beat the rain storm. Arrived home absolutely drenched!

But first I found these wonderful things…

SaluhallYummy lunch at Tysta Mari in Östermalms Saluhall

gamlalampor3Gamla Lampor is a hidden gem. Meaning “old lamps” in English, this tight windy shop is packed
to the hilt with vintage lamps and other treasures from the 50’s – 70’s.

berriesFresh berries for sale in Östermalmstorg.

breadshop1And a brand new shop! Fabrique Stenugnsbageri (stone oven bakery)-
the most amazing freshly baked bread… and all sourdough. my favorite.

musikamuseetThe Music Museum. All interactive… you can even karaoke to Abba (of course!) The building is the
old Crown Bakery and Stockholm’s oldest industrial building dating back to the 17th Century.

barbie_bustsCloser to home on Kungsholmen. A small ceramics studio where I met the hugely talented
Ann-Louise Gustavsson. These ceramic barbie busts stuck with me.
